The Udyam Registration portal is a single window for all services related to the MSME. It provides a hassle-free experience for certification by entrepreneurs.  


1. Portal Access: First of all, go to the official website of the Udyam Registration. 

2. Aadhaar Verification: Now verify it with your Aadhaar number for authentication purposes. 

3. PAN Verification: Enter your PAN details and business details. 

4. Information Fill: Fill in the registration form with enterprise information such as investments and turnover. 

5. Submit and Get Verified: Review and apply, and wait for verification. 

6. Obtain Your Udyam Registration Number: Once verified you will get your very own Udyam Registration Number 


Documents Required 

While the process is virtually online, there are a few important documents that are needed to get an MSMEs Registration Certificate:  

  • Aadhaar Card 

  • PAN Card 

  • Business address proof 

  • Bank account details 

  • Business activity details (NIC code) 

  • Investment and turnover details
